I cannot see coz my leg is broken, says a blindman

“I cannot see because my leg is broken” – L.O.L (laugh out loud)

REASON FOR SELANGOR DOWNFALL!!!

“The biggest issue in Selangor is public transportation which renders it a must for everyone to own a car. Almost all the households in Selangor have a car, you can see low-cost houses with two or three cars (parked outside) because there is no efficient public transportation system. (It is) something that I have been fighting to get for a long time”. – Excerpt from Malaysiakini

Surau and temple demolitions are not. His arrogant is not. Bulldozing squatters is not. Changing of candidates in the last minutes is not. Changing his facial texture is not. His outocratic administrations style is not. Putting all the jawas in top govt post is not. Scolding people in the public is not. He barred Nik Aziz from entering Selangor is not. His manipulation on all projects is not. His croynism is not. Nepotism is not.

The biggest reason is public transport!
Can a blindman say, “I cannot see because my leg is broken?!
OMG, this young man is begging for the last supper!

Another ‘Clever’ Menteri Identified

Alamak, what a stupid remarks!

What is so wrong if opposition MPs voted for Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar as Deputy speaker? It’s purely an intelligent democracy by the 17 opposition MPs. Purely stupid to relate this with anybody (read as Anwar) or making an assumption that the support for Anwar to be the next premier is eroded.

The MPs were merely teaching you and your lots a lesson on what is a standard 6 democracy all about. Appointing a Deputy Speaker is no different to raising hands to vote for an assistant monitor in a class.

Furthermore, Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar, MP for Santubong is a well respected figure amongst both sides. A lawyer by profession, he has been in the house longer than others.

Shabery Cheek is another Menteri yang tak cerdik in Barisan Nasional was turning this healthy democratic process into a stupid political mileage. Pakatan Rakyat is about democracy whereas UMNO is “U Must Not Object”.

A menteri yang tak cerdik is identified. Right to what Nazri Aziz pointed out weeks ago. Not all menteris are clever and this one Shabeery is meant to be one of them. Read previous report.

Balkis’ accounts not finalised before funds transferred out

By DHARMENDER SINGH, The Star Tuesday, 29 April 2008

KLANG: The external auditors for the Wives of Selangor Assemblymen and MPs Welfare and Charity Organisation (Balkis) said yesterday they were not consulted before the body transferred its RM9.9mil funds.

Yee Choon Kong & Co principal Yee Choon Kong said the firm was never consulted by Balkis president Datin Seri Zahrah Kechik, its executive committee members or former Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Khir Toyo prior to the transfer.

He said the organisation’s financial statements remained unaudited till now and the firm had not issued a signed Audit Report on Balkis’ conduct and financial affairs for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2007.

“My firm had on a number of occasions called the organisation’s treasurer Datin Suraimi Sapuan to send the financial records including bank statements, official receipt books, payment vouchers, supporting documents, fixed deposit receipts, minutes of meetings and the details of membership and subscription for 2007,” he said in a statement yesterday.

He said Balkis ignored the requests, adding that contrary to press reports, the accounts had not been finalised before the funds were transferred out.

Yee was commenting on a recent statement by Dr Khir that Balkis had consulted its auditors and legal advisors before transferring the funds to the Association of Wives of Ministers and Deputy Ministers (Bakti) and there was no “hanky panky” involved.

Balkis has come under fire from the Selangor Government over its controversial dissolution and the transfer of RM9.9mil from its coffers several days after Pakatan Rakyat came into power.

Yee said the firm was appointed as Balkis’ external auditor at the body’s last AGM held on June 30, 2007, in accordance with its constitution which required an external auditor licensed by the Finance Ministry to be appointed as its statutory auditor.

He added that he had no knowledge if a new auditor was hired by the body but pointed out that the law stipulated that any new firm hired was obliged to seek the reasons for the change from the previously hired firm.

Yee said the company had not received any such enquiry.

Selangor senior executive councillor Teresa Kok also questioned the validity of the Balkis emergency meeting on March 11.

She said Clause 12(c) of the Balkis constitution stipulated that the secretary must issue letters to members at least 14 days before holding the meeting.

“As the meeting was held on March 11, then the letters must have been sent out towards the end of February, which seems quite impossible as it was election campaigning time,” said Kok.

UMNO yg Hodoh

Kita Pakat beli kopiah putih

UMNO bukan milik anak beranak!. UMNO adalah milik Orang dan Ahli UMNO.

Kerismuddin “Apologises”

by Din Merican

Do you trust this man (picture below) when he says that he regrets the keris incident and now apologies? I know, you will say that this apology is dictated by politics post March 8—and I agree. The Barisan Nasional, in particular UMNO Malay nationalists like Kerismuddin and Khairy Jamaluddin, was rejected by the Malaysian voters. If not for the postal votes, fancy tricks of the Elections Commission headed by Rashid Rahman and vote buying antics of the cash rich Barisan Nasional, Malaysia would be under the Pakatan Rakyat government today. And Kerismuddin would probably have retired or just be an ordinary Member of Parliament if he were elected.

In my opinion, Kerismuddin is making a tactical retreat because it is politically expedient for him to express remorse or swallow the bitter pill, so to speak. Imagine what he would have done if the Barisan Nasional had won resoundingly in 2008, as it did in 2004. My guess is that he would be wearing the keris under his coat with arrogance as he heads to his Ministry every morning. UMNO arrogance will be on display again.

Unfortunately, like the rest in Barisan Nasional including our Prime Minister, Kerismuddin totally ignored the signals which our Special Branch and Military Intelligence had given to them of an impending political tsunami. In stead, he and Khairy Jamaluddin were talking “sifar pembangkang” (zero opposition). As if in defiance, Malaysian voters sent 82 Pakatan Rakyat candidates to the 13th Parliament, which opens on April 28, 2008.

If he is serious about his apology and wants to show remorse, then Kerismuddin should resign as Minister of Education whose portfolio is in mess, Member of Parliament and senior UMNO party member and retire quietly from politics. In addition, he should do at least a week’s community service, wearing a vest with the words “I am sorry” printed on its back. Otherwise, this apology is meaningless.

Skandal BALKIS-gate

Lokasi Tanah: SEKSYEN 7 Shah Alam
Harga : RM250,000.00 Keluasan: 43560 k/p : RM5.74 pkp
Penjual : PKNS, Pembeli Balkis.
Cara Bayaran – Kontra. Hutang Kerajaan Negeri daripada PKNS.

PKNS – Derma Majlis Perasmian Kompleks Balkis RM218,719.60
Sumbangan Majlis Makan Malam Balkis RM200,000.00
Tajaan Meja Majlis Makan malam RM 10,000.00
Program Tahunan Isteri Wakil Rakyat RM161,660.00
Jumlah : RM590,379.60

Khir Toyo: “You wrote that the fine paid by PKNS was people’s money. No, PKNS is a private company.”

Then Khir Toyo made a remarkable statement:

“The fine goes back to the state coffin! (I’m sure he meant “coffers” but those at the lunch looked stunned when he used the word a second time). The money comes back to us.”

Alahai..

Ronnie – No close proximity, please

In his recent statements, Selangor Local Authority Exco Ronnie Liu said, his team is going down south to learn – facts finding mission of Singapore way administering PBT. No need.

The towns are all the same be it drainage, landscapes etc. We have enough town planners within our fold. We have more than enough enforcement officers in PBT.

The only thing that you need to learn from Singapore without going there is about corruptions in local councils. What you need to do is to eradicate corruptions, malpractices, illogical spending, cronyism and nepotism in local councils.

Re-engineer, re invent, turn-around the administrations. Send them for a week or two high voltage rehabilitation programs and freeze those little napoleons that have been terrorizing the local councils to their benefits.

So again, no need. Otherwise the spin doctors will manipulate that you DAP guys are having close proximity with your godfather PAP. This will only enlights rumours that PAP funded DAP in the LGE.
